    • PURPOSE:To automatically generate a control rule in a short time by generating the control rule based on operation information to be controlled and an actual measured value by means of an object to be controlled and deciding a prescribed controlled variable through the use of the rule to attain fuzzy control. CONSTITUTION:When a center control panel 10 is operated, the controlled variable is supplied through a controller 20 incorporating a fuzzy control part 21 and a plant 30 to be controlled is controlled. Then, the controlled variable is supplied to a control rule automatic generation device 40. When the real measured value by a measurement equipment provided for the plant 30 is supplied, the device 40 decides a correlation degree between the controlled variable and the measured value, obtains a regression straight line or a regression curve between the controlled variable and the measured value when the correlation degree is more than the prescribed value, and the control rule is automatically generated from the line in a short time without the need of experience. Furthermore, the reliability of the controlled variable corresponding to the detection value of a certain kind of the quantity of state is decided from the regression straight line/curve by using the control rule corresponding to the plural kinds of generated quantities of state, and fuzzy control is attained in the controller 20 with the reliability weight average value of respective controlled variables as the controlled variable.

    • PURPOSE:To presume accurately the factor of a plant trouble by collating an observed abnormal pattern of a sensor with an abnormal pattern produced previously and deciding the corresponding equipment as the factor of the trouble if the coincidence is obtained from said collation, CONSTITUTION:A plant 101 consists of the component equipments 102 and sensors 103. The sensor 103 detects the working state signal 104 of each equipment 102 and delivers the detection signal 105 to an abnormality detector 107 consisting of the abnormality detector 106 corresponding to each sensor 103. The detector 107 stores a reference signal and delivers a signal 108 to a trouble factor presuming device 109 to decide whether each signal 105 is normal or not. At the same time, the trouble factor equipment, the abnormal pattern of the sensor that is presumably observed at that time point, the probability of trouble of each equipment and the signal 113 corresponding to the probability for no-operations, malfunctions and troubles of each sensor are supplied previously to the device 109 from an initial data input device 112. When an arithmetic command signal 111 is supplied from an operator console 110, the device 109 presumes the factor of a trouble and delivers the corresponding signal 114 to a display device 115.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a privacy communication system possible for privacy information with an optimum state by selecting a means of ciphering and decoding so as to attain a proper transmission speed and strength of ciphering. CONSTITUTION:Data terminal equipments 10, 170 are located at a contact between the data communication system and the user, the information is sent through signal transmission cables 70, 110 and inputted to data line terminators 80, 100. In matching with the sent information, a flag sequence, a bit pattern and a bit inserted location are selected and an optimum transmission speed and intensity of ciphering are selected. Memories 50, 130 are added to the data terminal devices to add a function of addition/deletion of a start/end flag sequence, processing not mixing the flag sequence and other bit pattern in the frame and selecting the said processing in matching with the priority of transmission speed or priority of intensity of ciphering to the data terminal devices 10, 170.

    • PURPOSE:To give the most suitable operating guide and operating procedure with respect to a fault generated in a plant by providing an operating guide device for leading the plant to a safety side. CONSTITUTION:When an abnormality is generated in a plant 10, a plant data used in a fault repercussion forecasting and fault source estimating device 30, and a plant data used in an operating guide device 40 are outputted from a bus 22, and a bus 21, respectively. An hourly forecasting range of a repercussion forecasting is set by an inputted designating signal in the estimating devic 30, a fault repercussion direction, a repercussion time and a fault source are analyzed in its range, and they are outputted to an output processor 50 through a signal line 32. Also, in the guide device 40, a detained operating guide of an apparatus level for leading the plant to the safety side is determined based on each signal from the estimating device 30 inputted through a bus 33, and a data from the bus 21, and outputted to the device 50. The device 50 calulates each information inputted through the buses 32, 41, and outputs it to a plant monitor panel 70.

    • PURPOSE:To select the optimum control system at all times corresponding to a plant state and display the best suitableness between the current plant state and each control system by deciding and displaying the aptitudes of respective control systems in states of a controlled system at respective points of time according to the relation between the input state of the controlled system and the aptitudes of the respective control systems. CONSTITUTION:A water feed controller 100 has plural control systems composed of PI controllers 101, fuzzy controllers 102, neurocontrollers 103. A control system switching device 104 previously stores the relation between the state of the controlled system (feed water control valve 66) and the aptitudes of the respective control systems that the water feed controller 100 possesses in the state. The switching device 104 judges the aptitudes of the water feed control valve 66 at respective points of time according to the stored relation. The switching device 104 displays the aptitudes of the respective control systems or the state of the valve 66 according to the state of the valves 66 at this point of respective times inputting to the switching device 104, the respective controllers 101-103 and the normal/abnormal state of input information to them, and performs switching to the best control system.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the deterioration in the communication state caused by the variation in the frequency deviation of each earth station by selecting an earth station irradiating an optimum pilot signal automatically. CONSTITUTION:The 1st earth station 10, the 2nd earth station 20 and the 3rd earth station 30 send respectively transmission signals 14, 24, 34 respectively to a satellite 40 and receive reception signals 16, 26, 36 from the satellite for the communication. Further, a signal (pilot signal) being a reference of the communication is sent in the transmission signal from any station and each station decides the frequency and reception level of the signal received by the own station in matching with the frequency and output of the pilot signal. When a station irradiating the more optimum pilot signal than that of the own station is found out in the earth stations irradiating the pilot signal, the transfer request of the pilot signal is supplied to the said earth station.
