摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the print contrast and print shear, by taking greater the print energy of the first print hammer, after the first print hammer for each line and any hammer for the digit for a given period are not driven, in the line printer. CONSTITUTION:The print data for one line's share from the external data source 11 is stored in the memory 12, the print letter mark of the print letter carrier 31 is detected at the detector 32, and the print letter code is sequentially compared with the content of the memory 12 and the digit address of the address control section at the comparator 14. When they are in agreement, set output is made from the print hammer control section 21 and the electromagnet 2 of the digit corresponding to the hammer drive section 17 is driven with the regulator 42. At the end of print, the timer 24 restarted starts the operation, and the output voltage of the regulator 42 is a low value during the operation time, but if it is not restarted within a given time, the output voltage changes to a high voltage and the electromagnet 2 is driven with a high voltage at the next print.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable to reduce a manufacturing cost of a type conveying body and to improve a printing quality, by a method wherein a mechanical precision to be required a type conveying body of an impact type high-speed printer is relieved and the relieved mechanical precision is compensated electrically. CONSTITUTION:A corresponding ratio of a type 11 on a belt 10 of a printer to a printing hammer 19 is set to about 3:4, and a subscanning is conducted 3 times until mark detector 16 detects mark 13 after it detects a preceding mark 13, a hammer, in which a letter to be printed, coincides with the type 11, is driven at each subscanning time, and the printing cycle is repeated. Even if a pitch between the types on the belt is uneven thereon, the hammer is caused to accurately coincide with the type through individual and electric adjustment of a drive timing of each hammer. For this purpose, a means, which previously converts into time pitches among all the types, the flight time of the hammer, and a distance to the center of the hammer located at the first column from the detector 16 to store them, and a means, which, based on the data, computes and compares deviation in the correspondence of the type to the hammer, are mounted.

If the addition result (e) is larger than N, an over N signal (f) becomes a logic value 1, and a plot mode signal (h) with a logic value 1 is also inputted. The output terminal (a reciprocating printing signal l) of a flip flop 12 becomes a logic 1, and the printing is instructed to be performed in the reciprocating trip.

CONSTITUTION:A high-speed printer is equipped with a pitch storage means 78 for converting into time each of all pitches between printing types 11 on a printing type carrier 10 and storing the time; a data storage means 82 for converting into time the space between the centers of printing hammers 19 and storing the time value; a time measuring means 90 for measuring the time elapsed since the previous commencement of driving; and an operation-comparing means for computing and determining the driving timing by reading the time data out of the pitch storage means 78 when each of the printing hammer 19 is driven and for generating a coincidence output when the computed result agrees to the time given by the time measuring means 90. The output of this operation-comparing means 87 is used as the timing signal for driving each printing hammer 19.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the prevention of interference of magnetism without decreasing a printing speed by a method wherein an energization continuous time for the printing magnets arranged at both sides is supervised and an energization of the printing magnet for the central columns or row is prevented only when the time is set within a desired processing time. CONSTITUTION:To an AND gate 19 are applied a coincidence signal e from a comparator 12 and a fire timing signal f of the logic value 1 from the controller 16, when all the inputs are a logical value 1, the gate is opened and the signal of the logical value 1 is transmitted to the printing magnet driving circuit. Thus, when the flag bits of the columns of (N-2) and (N+2) are (010), the output at Q of the flip-flops 20 and 21 are logical value 1, a NAND gate 22 opens its gate, the output from the gate is a logical value 0, so that the AND gate 19 does not open its gate and the energization of the printing magnet 2 is prehibited.
