摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to bond a lead frame and a semiconductor pellet in a stable manner by welding a cut piece of thermosetting resin material to the lead frame and after welding the semiconductor pellet to the cut piece, thermosetting. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting resin material, for example, epoxy resin, is consecutively supplied in a B stage hardened state as a ribbon 1 wound on a reel R. The ribbon 1 is cut to a certain length and shaped by a cutter as a disk-shaped cut piece 2. Next, a semiconductor pellet 5 is placed on the cut piece 2, and by heating, the semiconductor pellet 5 is welded to the cut piece 2. Heating can be accomplished by a heater, ultra-sonic waves, or ultraviolet radiation. Afterwards, the resin material of cut piece 2 is hardened.

摘要： Un compresseur à vis sans huile comprend un corps principal de compresseur relié directement à un moteur à haute vitesse par un engrenage côté entraînement et un engrenage côté entraîné présentant un même rapport de vitesse. Un palier situé d'un coté du moteur à haute vitesse utilisé un palier présentant la même taille que celle d'un palier d'un côté du corps principal du compresseur. Le même matériau servant de joint d'étanchéité visqueux est prévu sur les deux parties d'extrémité d'un rotor mâle et d'un rotor femelle et est utilisé pour un joint d'étanchéité visqueux prévu aux deux parties d'extrémité d'un arbre de moteur. Le moteur à haute vitesse est entraîné par un inverseur du type à haute fréquence. Le côté du moteur électrique et le côté du corps principal du compresseur sont réalisés dans une structure d'arbre rotatif qui est effectivement symétrique par rapport à une partie d'engrenage uniforme. Dans le compresseur à vis sans huile, un appareillage d'augmentation de vitesse servant à augmenter une sortie d'un moteur électrique et une vanne d'étranglement d'aspiration ne sont pas requis. 摘要： Semiconductor devices are produced by coating the wafer surface with an organic resin layer on top of a layer of a bonding agent before the wafer is divided into chips. The chips are surrounded by a second organic resin layer before they are encapsulated in plastic material. This prevents any detachment of the first organic resin layer form a chip and results in a more efficient encapsulation of integrated circuits.

摘要： The disclosure is concerned with an axial fan having a casing. Unacceptably high level of noise and low discharge pressure inherent in axial fans are attributable to a counter flow of fluid taking place through the gap between the radially outer ends of the rotating blades and the casing. The invention is directed to preventing the counter flow by providing guide vanes disposed in the gap and inclined symmetrically with the rotating blade, thereby to provide enhanced output flow rate and discharge pressure, as well as to reduce the level of noise. The invention is applicable also to such axial fan as having a baffle plate on the suction side of the rotating blade in the proximity thereof.
