摘要： The roasting tin (3) which is made of a suitable refined steel is provided with a plate-like surface (6) for the meat with a channel (5) running round this plate to collect up the fat. A meat holder which is made from several semicircular shaped wire hoops is slightly resilient to fit lightly over the meat joint and engage in slots provided in the pan. The rolled meat joint is thereby held firm during cooking and the wire grid of the holder allows meat slices of even thickness to be carved without any trouble. The roasting pan can be provided with telescopically adjustable supports which can slot directly into the grooves of the oven walls, and thus fits any sized oven.

摘要： In a filter for air and gas purification, the filter element of which is arranged in a receiving frame for insertion in a holding frame, this filter element is to be inserted in a simple, cost-saving and time-saving manner into the receiving frame and, as required, is to be exchanged just as rapidly by a new filter element, retaining the previous receiving frame. The self-assembling arrays contain addressed collections of capture agents and are used with binding partners and reagents for conjugation of binding partners to molecules and/or biological particles for display in self-assembled arrays. The capture agents at each locus in a self-assembling array are specific to one of a set of binding partner molecules. The binding partners are conjugated to molecules and/or biological particles for display. Following conjugation, the resulting conjugates are sorted on the array based on the specific interaction of the binding partner and the capture agent to produce a self-assembled array.

摘要： The invention relates to a suspended matter filter having a filter cell, the filter frame of which is arranged in a filter housing via a surrounding seal forming a test channel to which a test device can be connected. The object underlying the invention is to create a suspended matter filter of the generic type mentioned at the outset, the filter cell of which ensures, with inexpensive manufacture, continuously reliable and comprehensive pressure testing of the test channel and, on the other hand, allows the replacement of the expensive and complicated test device by simpler and cost-saving test apparatuses. This object is achieved in combination with the abovementioned generic concept by the seal being formed from a sealing strip (18), which is attached to the filter frame (14) and is made of a material having entropy elasticity, which sealing strip lies against free ends (19, 20) of legs of a rigid channel profile (21) situated on the filter housing (11). Such a test device can be used in all gas filters having a high separation efficiency.
