摘要： Conjugated diolefins, optionally in combination with other unsaturated compounds which may be copolymerized with the diolefins, are polymerized by performing the polymerization of the diolefins in the presence of catalysts based on cobalt compounds, organoaluminum compounds and modifiers in the presence of aromatic vinyl compounds at temperatures of −30° C. to +80° C. By means of the process according to the invention, it is possible straightforwardly to produce solutions of polydiolefins, such as polybutadiene, having different 1,2 unit contents in aromatic vinyl compounds, which solutions may then, for example, be further processed to yield ABS or HIPS.

摘要： A continuous process for the manufacture of impact resistant polymers is disclosed. The process comprise polymerization of a reaction mixture containing vinylaromatic monomers in the presence of soluble rubber and entails shearing at least some of said mixture at a rate of more than 30000 1/s using a device having no rotating parts. The resulting product is characterized in its low gloss and improved impact properties.

摘要： A process for the preparation of superabsorbent polymers by alkaline hydrolysis of polyacrylonitrile emulsions is disclosed. In an embodiment of the invention the process comprise preparing a PAN emulsion, subjecting the emulsion to alkaline hydrolysis, neutralizing the hydrolysate followed by drying, granulation and modifying the surface of the granular polymer by crosslinking. The process is characterized in that the isolation of the superabsorbent polymer entails neither alcohols nor organic solvents.

摘要： A process for producing impact-resistant moulding compositions, which is characterised in that a monomer mixture comprising 90 to 20 parts by weight of an aromatic monoalkenyl compound, 10 to 50 parts by weight of an ethylenically unsaturated nitrile, 0 to 30 parts by weight of other copolymerisable compounds is polymerised by a radical mechanism in the presence of 15 to 50 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of monomers, of a soluble, gel-free butadiene polymer, and in the presence of 50 to 200 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of monomers, of a solvent, wherein the solvent is selected from the group comprising an aliphatic (C1-C8) or cycloaliphatic alcohol, ketone, ether, ester, nitrile (A) or mixtures thereof or a mixture of (A) with an aliphatic (C4-C10), cycloaliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon (B) in an A:B weight ratio of 100:0 to 30:70, and the polymerisation is conducted as far as a polymer content of the total mixture of 30 to 70% by weight, with thorough mixing and optionally with the subsequent addition of a regulator and initiator, so that the isolated thermoplastic moulding composition contains 20 to 40% by weight of butadiene polymer.
