    • Embodiments of the present invention address deficiencies of the art in respect to queued requests to establish human-to-human collaborative sessions and provide a novel and non-obvious method, system and computer program product for managing queued requests to establish human-to-human collaborative sessions. In one embodiment, a human-to-human collaborative data processing system can be provided which can include a messenger configured for coupling to other messengers. The system further can include a queue of incoming session requests to establish respective human-to-human collaborative sessions with requesters associated with the other messengers. Finally, the system can include queue management logic enabled to order the session requests in the queue according to queue rules coupled to the queue management logic.

    • Embodiments of the invention provide a fraud prevention method for a pay-per-click data processing system. The method can include receiving a click through for a link in a host site which references a marketed site. The method also can include identifying a link address for the link in the click through. The method yet further can include comparing the identified link address to a modified link address recorded for an actual link address for the marketed site. Finally, the method can include quashing the click through if the identified link address is not the modified link address. Conversely, the method can include redirecting the click through to the marketed site if the identified link address is the modified link address.

    • A portal is comprised of a plurality of portlets. Each portlet accesses hardware and software to gather data. Each portlet offers information to the portal page. Each portlet's information has a specific content type and markup. A subset of portlets are determined stackable if the subset of portlets have in common one or more of the same hardware, software, content type or markup. Once a subset of portlets is determined stackable, the user's preference for stacking the portlets is obtained by loading a user profile or asking the user. If the subset of portlets are stackable and the user desires the subset of portlets stacked, then the subset of portlets are stacked such that the stack of portlets present a first portlet and a control for selecting a second portlet from within the subset of portlets that is not currently presented.

    • Autonomic learning agent(s) that identify and analyze errors, problems and potential problems, deduces possible solutions from a set of known rules, communicates with other systems on the network for addition information regarding potential solutions, and performs repairs based on the solution information gathered. The system can be used for identifying network-related or inter-computer communication problems that could not otherwise be identified from a single agent system. An exemplary agent includes three (3) major components: a task manager which controls the monitoring of the system or network and triggers alerts when a problem or potential problem is identified; a reason engine which contains the Artificial Intelligence (AI) system used for deducing possible automatable solutions for an identified problem; and a messaging interface which handles communication between agents. The system also reduces the amount of time administrators would spend identifying system or network problems by automating the problem-solving process.
