摘要： PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance and to allow brazing to other parts only by heating by providing a Zn (alloy) layer on the surface of a piping consisting of Al (alloy) and coating this layer with an Al-Si alloy brazing filler metal thereupon. CONSTITUTION:Thermal spraying guns 2, 3 for Zn (alloy) are provided just behind an extruder 1 to thermally spray the Zn onto the surface of the piping 6 consisting of the Al (alloy) in extrusion of the piping 6. Thermal spraying guns 4, 5 for the Al-Si alloy brazing filler metal are provided just behind the above-mentioned guns to thermally spray the Al-Si alloy brazing filler metal after thermal spraying of the Zn. The Zn diffuses in a short period of time to form the alloy layer; thereafter, the Al-Si alloy brazing filler metal is thermally sprayed on the Zn layer. The good corrosion resistance is thus exhibited and the brazability is not hindered. The excellent corrosion resistance is obtd. by the sacrificial corrosion preventive effect of the Zn in this way and the easy production is assured. The brazing to the other parts only by heating is possible simultaneously.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate production and to reduce production cost by supplying molten Al alloy into a horizontal mold and also continuously supplying a molten wire into a cast billet during solidifying from back side of the mold and horizontally drawing the cast ingot. By this method, the clad cast ingot 11 cladding the Al alloy to the metal wire 10 is horizontally and continuously drawn in accordance with solidification of the molten metal 2. By simple mechanism construction, the production of clad cast ingot is facilitated and the production cost is reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce an aluminum heat exchanger having excellent resistance to corrosion by depositing a specific amt. of Zn on the surface of an extruded Al tube having a specific compsn., combining the same with alminum fins, coating a flux thereto and subjecting the assembly to brazing under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:Zn is deposited at 5-15g/m , more preferably 7-13g/m by 2-4 times of chemical treatment on the surface of an extruded tube consisting of 0.15-0.5wt% Fe, 0,005-0.02wt% Cu and the balance pure Al of 99.3-99.7% purity. After such tube is combined with aluminum fins, a flux is coated at about thereto and the assembly is heated to about 580-620 deg.C in an inert gas atmosphere and is brazed by using an Al-Si brazing material. The heat exchanger obtd. in such a way has remarkably improved resistance to heat and corrosion and has an extended lifetime.
