Those signals enable the control part 11 to safely stop after completing access to data when the power source drops to a certain extent since data stored in a storage part 17 are possibly broken if the power source drops to some extent; and subsequent input is not accepted and the stand-by power unit 6 stops at the same time in response to the stop output signal.

Through this constitution, even if an information transmission line is disconnected during storing operation, the occurrence of the fire can be surely reported.

CONSTITUTION:The fire detecting part 10 encodes the detected information of a sensor 12, and makes an LED10 emit light at 8 minutes intervals by a timer 107. The timer 110 counts for 4 seconds, and is reset by the fire sensing of the sensor 12 at every 3.5 seconds, and if no sensing is received, it turns into time-up after 4 seconds, and recognizes that a fire state disappeared. A controller 20 receives a signal through a photodiode PD20, and the timer 204 counts 1 minute on the reception of a fire signal. When the timer 204 receives a normal signal from the detecting part 10, the timer 204 is cleared, and since it causes operation against a fire disaster if the normal signal does not arrive within 1 minute, it never issues a false report for transitionary smoke. Through this constitution, the reliability of signal transmission against the momentary discontinuity or the noise, etc., of the signal transmission line can be improved.

The operator adjusts the signal reception level to be maximum while observing the display means. Thus, the adjustment of the reception level is finished in a short time and the installation mistake is evaded.
