    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic composition suited for an MID technique, especially a polyamide molding material, and more especially a molding material including glass fibers and in addition including a particulate filler.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic molding material includes: 20-88 mass% of a thermoplastic material; 10-60 mass% of fibrous fillers formed from 10-60 mass% of glass fibers, selected from: glass fibers having a non-circular cross section in which an axis ratio of a main cross-sectional axis to a secondary cross-sectional axis in the cross section is at least 2; high strength glass fibers with a predetermined glass composition, substantially formed of silicon dioxide, aluminium oxide and magnesium oxide components, or glass fibers selected from a group consisting of mixtures of these glass fibers; 0-20 mass% of glass fibers, different from the glass fibers of the component (B1) and which have a circular cross section; 0-20 mass% of additional fibrous fillers, different from the fibers of the above-mentioned components, not based on glass and formed from a component selected from a group of carbon fibers, graphite fibers, aramid fibers, and nanotubes; 2-10 mass% of an LDS additive or a mixture of the LDS additives; 0-30 mass% of a particulate filler; and 0-2 mass% of further different additives, based on 100 mass% of the sum total mass of the components.
