摘要： A method for fabricating a stator core and a back yoke of an outer rotor type BLDC motor in a direct coupling type washing machine, including the steps of providing a base metal of a circular electric sheet having a predetermined diameter, and punching the base metal to form a back yoke at a periphery of the base metal and divisional cores on an inside of the back yoke of the base metal at the same time, whereby forming the stator core and the back yoke at the same time reduces working hours and saves material.

摘要： A drum opening is configured to be correctly aligned with a tub opening without physical contact with a drum or motor by using a position detection sensor. The drum type washer includes a tub and brackets on the tub to support bearings. A motor includes a rotor, which includes a rotor frame made of a steel plate, a multitude of magnets attached to an inner circumference of the rotor frame, and a position decision magnet coupled to one side of the rotor frame. The stator includes a sensing unit. The sensing unit has a speed detection sensor to detect a plurality of magnets and a position detection sensor to detect the position decision magnet. A washing shaft is coupled to a front, center portion of the drum to be connected to the motor. An assist shaft is coupled to a rear, center portion of the drum.

摘要： The present invention provides a stator of an outer rotor motor for a washing machine. The stator includes a ring type helical core, an upper insulator having a shape corresponding to a shape of the helical core to enclose an upper part of the helical core, a lower insulator having a shape corresponding to the shape of the helical core to enclose a lower part of the helical core, at least one locking part built in one body of the upper and lower insulators and projected from an inside of the helical core toward a center of the stator to fix the stator to a fixing side of a tub, a locking hole provided to the locking part to fix the stator to the fixing side of the tub via a locking member, and a rigidity reinforcement bracket provided between the upper and lower insulators.
