    • An apparatus and method for preventing illegitimate distribution of digital contents on Internet obtains a first wavelet image having a user information-embedding region by performing a wavelet transformation (WT). The user information embedding region of the first wavelet image is wavelet-transformed to obtain a second wavelet image composed of a discrete cosine (DC) region and high-frequency regions second wavelet image. A high-frequency components removed image is obtained by removing high-frequency components in the high-frequency regions of the second wavelet image, and subjected to an inverse WT (IWT) to be outputted as an IWT image. A user information embedding unit embeds user information to the IWT image, wherein data of the user information are sequentially embedded to positions where a difference value between the user information embedding region and the new user information embedding region is small, to thereby reset the user information embedding region as the user information.

    • A method of generating a flow label of an Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) is provided. A terminal generates a flow label to have four tuple information selected from five tuple information according to the provided method when the terminal creates a header. A network device classifies flows based on the four tuple information in the flow label generated according to the provided method. Since the flow label is generated to include only selected information and the network device analyzes less amount of information to classify the flows, the processing overhead is reduced. Also, since the terminal generates the flow label with selected essential information to classify the flows, the network device can finely classify the flows.     • A method is described for forming an n-MOSFET with a fully silicided Hf suicide gate electrode that has a work function essentially the same as n+ polysilicon. An in-situ phosphorous doped polysilicon film is deposited on a gate dielectric layer on a CMOS substrate and annealed at 900° C. After native oxides are removed, a Hf layer is sputter deposited on the doped polysilicon. A W capping layer is formed on the Hf layer to prevent oxidation during a subsequent silicidation. Following the silicidation, W and unreacted Hf are removed. A permanent TaN capping layer is deposited on the HfSi layer to suppress oxidation and reduce sheet resistance. There is no meaningful change in EOT or flat band voltage even after a RTA at 950° C. for 30 seconds. The resulting Hf silicide has a composition ratio of 0.9 according to RBS and has a work function of about 4.23 eV.
