The toner receives the conveying force by the rotation of the material 4 and creeps on the filter 12. Non-magnetic impurities are not conveyed. The solidified toner that cannot be unloosened is removed by the filter 12. The toner recovered on the film 6 is carried to a developing device by means of a conveying screw 9.
