The device further includes a distal balloon having an exterior surface connected to the shaft and a projection extending from the exterior surface. The device also includes a proximal balloon connected to the shaft between the distal end and the proximal end of the shaft and a locating structure connected to the shaft. The hole is positioned in the outer surface between the distal balloon and the proximal balloon.

A hash of data comprising a chunk of directory elements comprising one or more consecutive directory elements in a set of elements sorted in a canonical order is computed at a client system. One or more directory elements comprising the chunk are sent to a remote server in the event it is determined based at least in part on the computed hash that corresponding directory elements as stored on the remote server are not identical to the directory elements comprising the chunk as stored on the client system.

摘要： Improved methods and apparatus for pressure processing of pumpable substances are shown and described. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes an inlet valve, an outlet valve, and a pressure vessel. The inlet valve has an inlet port, and is coupled to a source of a pumpable substance and to the pressure vessel. The outlet valve has an outlet port and is coupled to the pressure vessel. When the inlet valve is opened and the outlet valve is closed, a volume of pumpable substance may flow into the pressure vessel. The inlet valve is then closed and the outlet valve remains closed, and the pumpable substance within the pressure vessel may be pressurized to a selected pressure for a selected period of time. The outlet valve is then opened, allowing the pumpable substance to be discharged. In an alternate embodiment, the apparatus may include at least one aseptic valve assembly having elements which cooperate to apply cleansing solution to one or more surfaces, the surfaces having the potential of being contaminated. The cleansing solution may be applied to the surface by cleansing chambers or by nozzles.

The etching gases are trans-1,1,1,4,4,4-hexafluoro-2-butene; cis-1,1,1,4,4,4-hexafluoro-2-butene; hexafluoroisobutene; hexafluorocyclobutane (trans-1,1,2,2,3,4); pentafluorocyclobutane (1,1,2,2,3-); tetrafluorocyclobutane (1,1,2,2-); or hexafluorocyclobutane (cis-1,1,2,2,3,4). The etching gases may provide improved selectivity between the Si-containing layers and mask material, less damage to channel region, a straight vertical profile, and reduced bowing in pattern high aspect ratio structures.
