CONSTITUTION:A cup-shaped can of which the outside circumferential surface 4a of the bottom wall part 4 of the can 2 consisting of a circumferential wall part 3 and a bottom wall part 4 is made into the shape cambering outward is formed by means of a punch 20, an outside die 21, an inside die 22 and a knock 23 in a stage for forming the cup-shaped can. The part 4 is made straight and the material is extended correspondingly outward to form a shifted material part 5 by means of an outside punch 24, a middle punch 25, an inside punch 26, a die 27, the die 27 of a knock 28 and an outside punch 24 in a stage for shifting the material. The material is developed to the outside of the part 55 to form the 1st flange then the 2nd flange 7 is formed at the aperture end of the circumferential wall part in the 1st and 2nd flanging stages. Poly- V grooves 9 are formed by a rolling roller 39 to the circumferential wall part 3 of the semi-processed product 8 in a stage for forming the poly-V grooves. A poly-V pulley 10 is thus manufactured.

    • PURPOSE:To transport liquid hydrogen and others with less loss of evaporation by arranging one or more pre-cooling pipes with pre-cooling medium passages in contact with the main pipe among transport pipes in a heat-conductive state. CONSTITUTION:A low-temperature valve 11 is opened to conduct liquid nitrogen of pre-cooling medium from a liquid nitrogen supply port 10 into the first pre-cooling pipe 3 among transport pipes under a reduced pressure, and then another low- temperature valve 13 is opened to discharge the nitrogen into the air from a branch pipe 12 through a discharge port 14. Since a main pipe 1 is in contact with the first pre-cooling pipe 3 in a heat-conductive state, it is gradually reduced in the temperature. When the temperature is reduced almost to 100 degrees K in the centre of the long transport pipe, the low-temperature valve 13 is closed and a bypass valve 15 is opened. Then, a valve 17 is opened to cool the second pre-cooling pipe 7, and nitrogen gas is discharge into the air through an exit 18. Thus, the main pipe is cooled, and the evaporating loss of liquid hydrogen and others in the main pipe can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To make a light, heavy duty and high precision multistage V-pulley by press-molding both edge surfaces of a metal pipe of specified length and of more than wall thickness and welding a materials of press disc base wall parts drilling specified wall thickness and rolling a peripheral wall poly V-groove. CONSTITUTION:A center flange 2a and around a metal pipe 1 of specified length and of more than 3mm. at wall thickness and flanges 4b, 4c on both sides of surface are press-molded. A flange part 6a around a metal disc 6 of 2.0-2.6mm. at wall thickness is press-molded and specified mounting pores 6b, 6c are punched. Both flange parts 6a, 4b are welded to make a bottom cup 8 and a poly V- groove 10 is rolled and molded around wall parts 9a, 9b. Each part of pulley has necessary and sufficient intensity of wall thickness and is light, and dimensional precision is accurate. And gold molding and press-process are skipped more than previously.

    • PURPOSE:To make stable exhaustion performable as well as to equalize temperature over all the fins by constituting such that condensing liquid is sent down through the inside of a cryogenic fluid pipe by gravity via a condensing chamber, cooling off the cryogenic fluid pipeline and fins and then evaporating along the way. CONSTITUTION:In concurrence of flowing out cryogenic fluid condensed in a condensing chamber 4 from a fluid effluent port 10 of the condensing chamber 4 by gravity with cooling off a cryogenic fluid pipeline 3 by flowing down through the cryogenic fluid pipeline 3 which has the both ends respectively connected to up-and-down positions of the condensing chamber 4, fins 5 tightly fixed to the pipeline are cooled off in the simultaneity. Thus, though cryogenic fluid flows through the cryogenic fluid pipeline 3, in proportion to cooling of the cryogenic fluid pipeline 3 and fins 5, it is gradually gasified, gasified gas passes through the cryogenic fluid pipeline 3, and returns through a fluid return port 9 at the top part while cooling off uniformly the cryogenic fluid pipeline 3 itself and fins 5. This facilitates to constantly make exhaustion.
