摘要： A method for supervising a secondary circuit of an instrument transformer in a power system, the instrument transformer is connected to a power system, the method comprises: detecting, by a protection Intelligent Electronic Device, protection IED, which is connected to the secondary circuit of the instrument transformer and protects the power system component, disturbances in a signal from the instrument transformer; and determining whether a failure occurs in the secondary circuit of the instrument transformer, according to both a disturbance detection result from the protection IED and another disturbance detection result from at least one of other protection IEDs, the other protection IEDs comprising protection IEDs which are connected to other secondary circuits of the instrument transformer or to secondary circuits of another instrument transformer connected to the power system component, and protection IEDs which are connected to other instrument transformers connected to other power system components connected to the same busbar as the power component is connected to. 摘要： A fast power swing unblocking method and the corresponding apparatus for a distance protection in a power system are able to ensure fast phase-segregated tripping of distance protection for faults during a power swing (3 -phase or 2-phase swing). The power swing unblocking method comprises calculating changing rates of impedances for all operating loops including phase-phase loops and phase-ground loops in the power system and identifying a fault loop based on the calculated changing rates. If a fault loop is identified, a blocked distance zone in the fault loop is unblocked and the corresponding protective relays can be excited.

摘要： Aromatase inhibitors (AIs) are disclosed which are useful in the treatment and prevention of post-menopausal breast cancer. New AIs derived from natural products are disclosed that are evaluated for clinical utility for treating post- menopausal breast cancer and may also act as chemopreventive agents for preventing breast cancer. Several pure compounds demonstrated Al activity using a noncellular, enzyme-based microsomal and a cell-based aromatase assay. Correlations are made between structural classes with levels of aromatase inhibition. The disclosure may be utilized to direct synthetic modification of natural product scaffolds to enhance aromatase inhibition or to standardize botanical dietary supplements for increased aromatase inhibition activity.
