    • A super-capacitor electrode having a heat-treated titanium dioxide layer and a method for fabricating the same are provided to maintain specific capacity of active material of a deposited metallic oxide by transmitting an electron in spite of charge and discharge at a high speed. A method for fabricating a super-capacitor electrode includes the steps of: forming a titanium dioxide layer by spinning and sintering a titanium dioxide precursor containing solution on a current collector; heat-treating the titanium dioxide layer; and forming a metallic oxide thin film on the heat-treated titanium dioxide layer. The titanium dioxide precursor layer on the current collector is compressed between the spinning and the sintering of the titanium dioxide precursor containing solution.
