    • PURPOSE: A damper device of a drive shaft for a vehicle is provided to prevent anti-resonance of a drive shaft damper device by discharging filled air into a sealed space between a drive shaft and a damper housing. CONSTITUTION: A damper device(1) of a drive shaft for a vehicle comprises an elastic member(10), a banding member(20), a mass(30), and an orifice duct line(40). The elastic member is mounted on the outer circumference of the drive shaft along a circumferential direction. The banding member is separately installed in both ends of the elastic member in order to fix the elastic member. The mass is mounted on the inner circumference of the elastic member along the circumferential direction. The orifice duct line penetrates the elastic member and a mass in the outer circumference of the drive shaft. A space between the drive shaft and elastic member is formed with a sealed space(50) for filling air in the longitudinal direction.

    • PURPOSE: A welding structure of CTBA and a welding method thereof are provided to reduce the concentration of stress in a welding part of a tubular beam and a trailing arm by performing welding which connects the tubular beam and the trailing arm by dividing a connection part into a lower part and an upper part. CONSTITUTION: A welding structure of CTBA comprises a tubular beam(11), a first welding line(L1), and a second welding line(L2). An end of the tubular beam is connected to one side of a trailing arm(12). The first welding line is formed by being welded along an upper part of a welding part. The second welding line is formed by being welded along the upper part of the welding part. Circumference of a connection part of the tubular beam and the trailing arm is welded by the first welding line and the second welding line. A part which is adjacent to the end of the first welding line and a part which is adjacent to the end of the second welding line are crossed.
