摘要： An oil composition is provided to prevent fat accumulation in the body, improve body compositions, contain a large amount of highly unsaturated fatty acids, and has structural stability of fat and sitology and physiological merits. The oil composition comprises (a) 70-99wt% of diglyceride, as fatty acids, consisting of 2-90wt% of eicosapentaenoic acid, 2-90wt% of docosahexaenoic acid, and 0.1-80wt% of conjugated linoleic acid, and (b) the balance of triglyceride, monoglyceride, free fatty acid, or a mixture thereof. The composition further contains 0.001-5wt% of an antioxidant. The conjugated linoleic acid is selected from the group consisting of cis-9 trans-11 CLA, trans-10 cis-12 CLA, cis-7 trans-9 CLA, trans-7 trans-9 CLA, cis-8 trans-10 CLA, trans-8 trans-10 CLA, trans-9 trans-11 CLA, trans-10 trans-12 CLA, cis-11 trans-13 CLA, and trans-11 trans-13 CLA.
