    • PURPOSE: Provided is a monoclonal antibody specifically binding to upstream regulatory element binding protein 1(UREB1) which is specifically expressed in cancer cell and tissue. And a fused cell line producing the same is also provided. Therefore, liver cancer can be easily diagnosed by using them. CONSTITUTION: The monoclonal antibody and the fused cell line producing the same are manufactured by the steps of: manufacturing an expression vector, plasmid pET28a-UREB1, to produce recombinant protein of UREB1(His·tag-UREB1) by transforming E.coli BL21(lambda DE3) therewith; separating and purifying UREB1 by subjecting the culture of transformants to centrifugation, ultrasonification add electrophoresis sequentially; immunizing a mouse by injecting a mixture of UREB1 and Freund complete adjuvant(FCA) into a mouse and 2 weeks after, injecting a mixture of UREB1 and Freund incomplete adjuvant(FIA) again; fusing a mouse spleen cell and SP2/0·Ag14 cell line as a parent cell to obtain fused cell line; and selecting a fused cell line which produces a monoclonal antibody by ELISA using UREB1 as an antigen, wherein two fused cell lines, KY0603 (KCTC 0689BP) and KY0800 (KCTC 0690BP) are screened.

    • A monoclonal antibody specific to PPARgamma antigen, a hybridoma cell line producing the same and a method for detecting a factor related to diseases such as inflammation, cancer, and metabolism thereof are provided, thereby simultaneously analyzing a large quantity of samples based on binding between PPARgamma(peroxisom proliferator activated receptor) antigen as a nuclear receptor and SRC-1 as a transcription cofactor. The hybridoma cell line Pgamma48.34A(KCTC 10482BP) which has a specific immune reactivity to human and mouse protein PPARgamma and produces immunoglobulin subtype G2a monoclonal antibody is provided, wherein the protein PPARgamma is PPARgamma1 or PPARgamma2. The method for detecting a factor related to diseases such as inflammation, cancer, and metabolism thereof comprises the steps of: (a) coating a plate with the activation cofactor of PPARgamma; (b) applying the protein PPARgamma and a sample containing a material regulating diseases such as inflammation, cancer, and metabolism thereof into the plate; (c) applying the monoclonal antibody specific to PPARgamma antigen into to the PPARgamma protein bound to the plate; (d) adding an antibody labeled with an enzyme and having immune reactivity to the monoclonal antibody to the monoclonal antibody; and (e) detecting the marker material to measure concentration of the protein PPARgamma.
