    • A flow detecting method using a physical change of nano material is provided to detect the flow with a simple method and to be utilized in an environment requiring a small size or high temperature. A flow detecting method using a physical change of nano material is performed by a flow detecting sensor. The flow detecting sensor includes a substrate(11), a nano structure(1), and a physical quantity measuring device(2). The substrate is made of nonconductive material. The nano structure has a pair of electrodes(12) and one or more nano materials(13). The electrodes are mounted on the substrate at a regular interval. The one or more nano materials are mounted on the electrodes not to be parallel to a stream direction of the flow. The physical quantity measuring device detects a change of physical quantity of the nano material.

    • A carbon nanotube transparent conductor and a heat radiating device containing the carbon nanotube transparent conductor are provided to obtain a conductive material having a UV screening function. A carbon nanotube transparent conductor(100) comprises a transparent substrate(10); a conductive carbon nanotube structure(120); and a UV screening material(130) which is uniformly distributed on/in the transparent substrate. Preferably the conductive carbon nanotube structure and the UV screening material are located inside the substrate; the conductive carbon nanotube structure is located inside the substrate and the UV screening material is located on the surface of the substrate; or the conductive carbon nanotube structure is located on the surface of the substrate and the UV screening material is located inside the surface of the substrate.
