    • PURPOSE: A high-toughness precast girder made with high-toughness concrete and a bridge construction method using the same are provided to secure earthquake-resistant performance and ductility through integral movement of the inner concrete. CONSTITUTION: A high-toughness precast girder made with high-toughness concrete comprises a concrete form, inner concrete(200), and a shear connection part. The concrete form is made with high-toughness concrete including steel fiber or organic fiber. The inner concrete is filled in the concrete form and formed into one body. The shear connection part in which steel reinforcements arranged in the concrete form are projected inward is formed between the concrete form and the inner concrete.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an FRP concrete composite member is provided to manufacture an FRP concrete composite member with high strength and high quality by compounding an FRP material and a concrete member completely without separation, thereby preventing the lowering of structural strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method(1) of an FRP concrete composite member comprises the steps of manufacturing a strut type concrete member(10), leaving the concrete member as it is for appointed hours to cause sufficient drying shrinkage(20), compounding an FRP material and the concrete member by filament-winding an FRP material on the surface of the dry-shrunk concrete member(30), and curing the FRP material, thereby completing the FRP concrete composite member(40).

    • PURPOSE: A hybrid fiber reinforced polymer lining board and a temporary facility construction method using the same are provided to prevent the board from losing and to reduce a manufacturing cost by manufacturing the board with only fiber reinforced polymer material. CONSTITUTION: A substructure for a temporary bridge is established. The substructure for the temporary bridge includes a constructive bent and a mold. A reinforcing material(130a) with steel material is buried in a body. The body is segmented by an inside hollow(120) extending to the longitudinal direction of the fiber reinforced polymer lining board. The reinforcing material and the body are integrated. The hybrid fiber reinforced polymer lining board in which the section hardness of the lining board is increased is set up on top of the mold.
