The attaching washer is attached to the gear assembly by a ring(230) mounted on the driving shaft from the inside of a mounting space(190). The placing members fixed on the driving shaft fit with the attaching washer. The pressing washer fitted between the placing members and the attaching washer has plural projection parts(252) protruded to the attaching washer with a pointed terminal end.

When the anti-rotation projections are seen in a driving shaft direction, the anti-rotation projections are formed between the cylinder bore and an edge of the cylinder body at a position corresponding to the cylinder bore, wherein the anti-rotation projections are separated from each other at predetermined gaps. The outsides of the anti-rotation projections are combined with the inside of a housing. The protrusions of the piston are inserted into the guide grooves of the cylinder block.
