摘要： PURPOSE: A siloxane-based compound and a photosensitive composition containing the same are provided to reduce the possibility of loss of a thin film during a pattern developing process and to form a thin film with improved adhesion of patterns. CONSTITUTION: A compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A photosensitive composition contains: a compound of chemical formula 1; a crosslinking compound with two or more unsaturated acryl bonds; alkali-soluble binder resin; a photopolymerization initiator; and a solvent. The photosensitive composition additionally contains a silica dispersion. A photosensitive material is prepared using the photosensitive composition.

CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive composition includes a compound which is expressed by chemical formula 1 - 4, a cross linkable compound which includes at least two unsaturated acrylic bonds, an alkali soluble binder resin, and a solvent. 0.05 wt% to 5 wt% compound which is expressed by the chemical formula 1 - 4 is included based on the whole solid content excluding the solvent. Photosensitive materials are made from the photosensitive composition.

摘要： PURPOSE: A photosensitive resin composition and a photosensitive material using the same are provided to form patterns to be easily re-treated without deteriorating intensity, thermal resistance, and retention rate. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive resin composition includes a carboxylic group-containing compound represented by chemical formula 1, a binder resin, an ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing polymeric compound, and a photo initiator. In the chemical formula 1: R1, R2, R3, and R4 are respectively hydrogen, a hydroxyl group, a carboxylic group, or a C1-C10 alkyl group; at least one or the R1, R2, R3, and R4 is a carboxylic group; and a, b, c, and d are respectively the integer of 0 to 10. The content of the carboxylic group-containing compound is 0.01-15 weight% based on the total solid part of the photosensitive resin composition.
