CONSTITUTION: An optical sheet module(400) includes a first base file(414) having a predetermined thickness and transmitting light transferred from a lower part, an adhesion layer(416) having an adhesion pattern(418) being nonuniform thickness according to a cross-section and being irregular formed in a lower surface of the first base film and an upper optical sheet(410) having a first structure pattern(412) formed to be protruded to an upper part in an upper surface of the first base film and a lower optical sheet(420) having a second structure pattern(422) formed as a laminate type in a lower part of the upper optical sheet and being protruded to the upper optical sheet side. A part of the second structure pattern adheres to the adhesion pattern of the adhesion layer and the rest does not adhere to the adhesion pattern of the adhesion layer.
