CONSTITUTION: A portable X-ray imaging system includes a portable X-ray image instrument (100). The portable X-ray image instrument is formed into a C-shape and includes an X-ray tube (10) and an X-ray detector (20) on both end portions of a body (30). The X-ray tube is an X-ray generator and rotated within a predetermined angle range. The X-ray detector detects X-rays generated by the X-ray tube and obtains X-ray images. A target object is arranged between the X-ray tube and the X-ray detector and taking X-rays.
