摘要： PURPOSE: An extrusion device for upper slab extrusion construction for a bridge using a mold and a rail and a construction method of the same are provided to rapidly and easily extrude an upper slab along a steel pipe rail or a cut railroad. CONSTITUTION: An extrusion device for upper slab extrusion construction for a bridge using a mold and a rail comprises an extrusion jack(410), a form flange(430), a steel form(510), a pocket form(520), a steel pipe rail(580), and a shear stud. The extrusion jack is disposed on a shear pocketed extrusion slab form and consecutively extrudes an upper slab segment including a shear pocket portion(120) on an upper flange(210) of a steel box girder. The form flange is arranged along a direction of extrusion to guide the extrusion of the upper slab segment and arranges a steel mold and a pocket mold. The steel mold is disposed on an extrusion slab form and forms a tunnel at a lower part of the upper slab and an outer shape of the upper slab. The pocket mold is provisionally connected to a top of the steel mold to form the shear pocket portion on the upper slab segment. The steel pipe rail is arranged along an upper flange of a girder to control a transverse direction the upper slab segment. The shear stud is welded to an opening portion of the shear pocket on the upper flange after the extrusion of the upper slab segment is completed.
