    • PURPOSE: A device for removing chronic total occulusion within a blood vessel is provided, which can prevent damage of the inner wall of a blood vessel and can effectively eliminate a desired lesion region. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing chronic total occulusion within a blood vessel comprises: a guide wire(200); an inside catheter(300) that surrounds a guide wire; and an outside catheter(600) that surrounds the inside catheter. The guide wire is formed so that the end can be projected from the front-end outside of the inside catheter. A lesion removal tool(100) is formed in the front of the guide wire.

    • PURPOSE: A shock transfer device for eliminating a chronic complete stenosis lesion is provided to make a shock tip to project from a catheter, thereby applying a shock to the surface of a lesion. CONSTITUTION: A catheter(100) is inserted into a blood vessel. A shock tip(200) is formed on the frontal end of the catheter. The shock tip projects toward the frontal side of the catheter through a discharging hole(112). The shock tip strikes the surface of a lesion. An elastic unit makes the shock tip to project using self-elasticity. A wire(400) is inserted into the catheter. One end of the wire is connected to the rear end of the shock tip. The other end of the wire is expanded.
