    • PURPOSE: A hybrid composite is provided to have excellent thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and thermal stability, thereby very suitable for using as additives of electronic devices using in a super capacitor, a solar cell, a field emission device, a field effect transistor, etc. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid composite comprises a graphene sheet, carbon nanotubes, and polymeric nanoparticles, and has a self-assembled structure. A manufacturing method of the hybrid composite comprises: a step of manufacturing mixture liquid by mixing graphene sheet and carbon nanotubes to solvent; and a step of mixing the mixture liquid, a hydrophobic agent, a surfactant, and a monomer, and conducting in-situ microemulsion polymerization. Thermal and electrical conductive additives comprise the hybrid composite. A thermal and an electrical conductive film comprise the additives and a base resin.
