    • An unattended document issuance apparatus and a method thereof are provided to prevent fraudulent use when issuing a free ride ticket for old persons in a transportation card system, and reduce task of service man power. An unattended document issuance apparatus comprises the followings. A card read part(S310) reads a card including user fingerprint information. A scan part(S320) scans a user body fingerprint of a user requesting a passenger ticket for public transportation. If the read user fingerprint information is consistent with the scanned user body fingerprint, a passenger ticket offer part provides the passenger ticket for allowing board of the public transportation during a predetermined time interval to the card. The user fingerprint information is inserted into the card through a user confirmation process when initially establishing the card.

    • PURPOSE: A paper money deposit and withdrawal machine is provided to increase storage capacity of paper money and to maintain reliability of operation with the same space in a process of frequent deposit and withdrawal. CONSTITUTION: A casing(20) is installed in a downward direction of a paper discriminator(10) while being a box type structure having an upper side and one side opened. A guide rod(31) is interposed in a slider(30) in one side of the casing, and the guide rode is up and down movably installed. The guide rod is vertically installed to be close to an opening(22) of an operational plate(25) of the casing and the slider is up and down movably installed. An elevating plate(40) performs oblique motion by rotating based on a hinge shaft(41). A control unit(50) is interoperated by up-down motion of a pusher and performs the up-down motion and oblique motion of the elevating plate.

    • A deferred payment type traffic charge collection system and a method thereof are provided to confirm the balance of a prepaid passage ticket always under a car driver's responsibility, and to solve inconvenience of a prepaid charge collection method which has to be charged. A tag recognizer(300) recognizes a pre-recognition tag mounted on a car that enters a traffic charge collection system. A storage unit(310) stores traffic charge information and ID information of an RFID tag in a DB(320). A settlement unit(330) withdraws a calculated toll from a preset account, or issues a bill to a pre-registered address. A car sensor senses whether a car enters a traffic charge collecting system. If so, the tag recognizer is activated. If the RFID tag is not a normal tag, the car is taken and a bill is issued to an owner of the car by an exception processor.
