    • A system and an apparatus for sensing a seal of a container of the present invention includes: a radio transceiver prepared with an antenna installed on a hinge portion of a container door to conduct wireless communication; a seal confirmation sensor which contacts with the container door when the container door is opened or closed, and which senses whether the container door is open or closed; a control unit which transmits the information on the container door, received from the seal confirmation sensor, through the radio transceiver; and a body which adheres to the inside wall of the container. The open and close of the container door can be thereby checked in real time.     • PURPOSE: A location information providing method is provided to offer optimized location information. CONSTITUTION: A global positioning system (GPS) (110) which is mounted on a moving body receives a GPS signal from a GPS satellite (20) and recognizes location of the moving body existing in a GPS receiving area. A radio frequency identification (RFID) tag (120) comprises an antenna unit (121) and a tag data unit (122). The antenna unit receives a transmission signal from an RFID reader (200) and transmits a tag signal to the RFID reader. The tag data unit stores RFID tag identification (ID) which is identifier information. A control unit (130) extracts a location coordinate based on the GPS signal or the tag signal and stores it. The control unit compares the strength of the GPS signal and the tag signal with reference strength and controls on and off of the RFID reader based on a comparison result and determines an operation mode of a location information providing apparatus.     • The present invention is to provide a machine to machine (M2M) data communications apparatus and a method thereof capable of monitoring the security of a container by transmitting image data of inner container and illumination data with location information and state information of the container to a monitoring server by utilizing M2M data communications technology. The purpose of the present invention is to transmit whether the door of the container is opened illegally or not, to the monitoring server, through M2M data communications with the state information of container sensed in ConTracer which is a container security device by extracting the image data and illumination data inside of the container, mounted inside of the container by being connected to the ConTracer for sensing real time information on the state of the inner side of the container including shock, temperature/humidity information and illegal opening sensing of container door in a wired manner.
