摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent operation of a security function such as cutoff in a normal using time range in a specific apparatus, and to allow a proper security processing to function. SOLUTION: A gas security device 10 includes an apparatus discrimination part 14 for performing apparatus discrimination from a gas flow rate measured by a flow measuring part 11 and its flow rate change characteristic, the first security function part 13 for performing security processing according to elapse of a using time set in each flow rate section, the second security function part 15 for performing security processing according to elapse of a using time set in each apparatus by using apparatus discrimination results, a flow rate change determination part 19 for determining existence of a flow rate change over a prescribed value, a cutoff valve 17 for performing a security processing, and an announcement part 18. When a specific apparatus is discriminated, the flow rate change determination part 19 changes a little a threshold for flow rate change determination, and when a flow rate change is determined by the flow rate change determination part 19, the first security function part 13 and the second security function part 15 reset count of the using time.
