    • A high frequency induction heating welding apparatus is provided to weld the welding objects uniformly without overheating or flaws by allowing the welding objects to be constantly maintained when temperature of the welding objects reaches a proper temperature while welding objects pass through a plurality of induction coils. A high frequency induction heating welding apparatus comprises a body(100), a plurality of induction coils(170), and a high frequency output unit. The body is installed above a conveyor(110) transferring welding objects. The induction coils are installed at fixed intervals in a lower part of the body along a transfer path of the welding objects. The high frequency output unit applies a high frequency output to the induction coils to weld the welding objects through induction heating while the welding objects sequentially pass through under each of the induction coils. The high frequency output unit includes a rectifier(120), a plurality of high frequency output systems(150), a PWM controller(140), and a main controller(130). The rectifier is connected to a power supply of the outside to convert a supplied AC power source into a direct current. Each of the high frequency output systems is individually connected to each of the induction coils. The high frequency output systems transmit the high frequency to each induction coil connected to the high frequency output systems by receiving the direct current from the rectifier and outputting a high frequency through high speed switching. The PWM controller is connected to the high frequency output systems. The PWM controller controls a high frequency output of the concerned high frequency output system through the pulse width modulation. The main controller controls the output duty ratio of the PWM controller.

    • An electromagnetic induction heater for bonding is provided to prevent an error of bonding by uniformly maintaining a temperature of a conductive member. A rectifying unit(10) receives and converts normal power into a DC current. A switching unit(20) is connected to the next node of the rectifying unit(10) and receives the DC current as the input power. The switching unit(20) performs a switching operation and outputs a high frequency. A PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) control unit(30) is connected to an input side of driving power of the switching unit(20). The PWM control unit(30) performs PWM and generates a driving signal for the switching operation. A control unit(40) is connected to an input side of the PWM control unit(30), and generates a control signal to perform the PWM. A coil unit(50) is connected to a rear end of the switching unit(20), receives the high frequency and generates an electromagnetic field. An electromagnetic induction heater bonds the bonding materials which are separated by generating joule heat through electromagnetic induction of a conductive member. The control unit(40) controls the PWM control unit(30), and outputs the driving signal as a first duty ratio. The control unit(40) outputs the driving signal as a second duty ratio by controlling the PWM control unit(30) after increasing a temperature of the conductive member to a target temperature. The control unit(40) uniformly maintains the temperature of the conductive member within the target temperature.
