    • A signal processing apparatus for determining whether a receiving signal is a target signal is provided. The apparatus includes: a sampling device for sampling the receiving signal to generate a plurality of sampled values; a first calculation device, coupled to the sampling device, for generating a plurality of first values according to the sampled values and a plurality of reference values; a second calculation device, coupled to the first calculation device, for grouping the first values into a plurality of value groups, respectively calculating the value groups to generate a plurality of second values and generating a determination value by calculating the second values; and a determination device, coupled to the second calculation device, for determining whether the receiving signal is the target signal by comparing the determination value with a threshold value.

    • An apparatus for reconstructing digital video data stream reconstructs a transport stream from a first data stream and a second data stream. Both of the first data stream and the second data stream comprise a plurality of packets, a plurality of input stream time reference (ISCR) values, and a plurality of deleted null packet (DNP) values. The apparatus includes a packet interval detector, that estimates a packet interval according to the first data stream or the second data stream; an alignment unit, that generates an alignment signal according to the ISCR values and the packet interval; an oscillator, coupled to the packet interval detector, that generates an output pulse signal; and a reconstruction controller, that reconstructs the transport stream from the first data stream and the second data stream and outputs the transport stream according to the alignment signal and the output pulse signal. The alignment unit includes a fine tuner for fine tuning a frequency of the output pulse signal according to the ISCR values and a local count.

    • A circuit for detecting a digital data stream includes a first detecting circuit, a second detecting circuit and a decision unit. The digital data stream includes a predetermined symbol having a first data and a second data. The first detecting circuit detects a correlation between the second data and a first frequency-shifted data to generate a first correlated data; and the second detecting circuit detects a correlation between the second data and a second frequency-shifted data to generate a first correlated data, where the first frequency-shifted data and the second frequency-shifted data are generated by performing first frequency-shifting and second frequency-shifting upon the first data, respectively. The decision unit determines a signal status of the digital data stream according to the first and second correlated data.
