    • PURPOSE:To smoothly stir a fluid, in a fluid stirring apparatus mounted to a hermetically closed space of a fluid to be stirred, by mounting a stirring blade to the drive shaft of a motor wherein only the winding of a stator is received in a hermetically closed container and pivotally supporting the drive shaft by a high temp. and high humidity resistant bearing. CONSTITUTION:A motor 1 has a stator iron core 10 and a coil 11 is mounted to one end of said motor 1. The coil 11 is covered with a hermetically closed box 10 made of stainless steel and blocked from a high temp. and high humidity atmosphere. A drive shaft 120 extends to a vertical direction through the rotor 12 positioned in opposed relation to the coil and is supported by bearings 3, 3 at both end parts thereof and stirring blades 2 are mounted to the upper part of said drive shaft 120. Each bearing 3 is different from a general pivot bearing. That is, a plurality of balls 31 are placed on a semispherical receiving tray 30 and a single ball 31 is further placed on said balls 31 and engaged with the groove 121 formed to the leading end part of the drive shaft 120 to support said shaft 120. The receiving tray and the balls are manufactured from material quality having high corrosion resistance and high abrasion resistance (e.g., carbon) to enable non oil supply.

    • PURPOSE:To enable stable non-contact seal by providing a vent part for ventilating high-pressure side gas from the rear side of a seal end face part with a seal ring to the seal end face part. CONSTITUTION:A non-rotated ring 1 on the high pressure side X is drivenly mounted on the casing 51 side by a spring 4 through back metal 16. The non- rotated ring 1 is formed of impeameable material 5 mounted at the back metal 16 and annular porous material 6 mounted at the outer periphery of the impeameable material 5. A gap is formed behind the porous material 6, and a vent part 7 is formed therein. The vent part 7 is provided to lead high pressure gas on the high pressure side X to the porous material 6 and formed into an annular groove shaped vent groove 70 formed circumferentially at the non- rotated ring 1. As a result, high pressure gas on the high pressure side X passes the porous material 6 from the vent groove 70, flows out toward a rotated ring 2 from the porous end face 11, and stays at an escape groove 60 part maintaining specified pressure.
