    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the blocking work of the upper opening of a box body by fixing a lid body having a fixing part integrally formed on an abutting part and situated on the outer surface of a side plate to the side plate upper part of the box body formed into a bottomed box shape opened in the upper surface in such a manner that a clearance is present between the both. SOLUTION: A box shape is formed with an integrally formed adhesive piece 5c being set on the side edge of a side plate 5b, and a bottom plate opposed thereto is fixed, whereby a box body 3 is formed. A lid body 9 fixed to the side plate 5b of the box body 3 is turned to the outside in the upper part of a fixing part 9d, and a lid part 9a is situated on the outer surface of the side plate 5b to release the upper opening of the box body 3. When a matter to be housed is put into the box body 3 in this state to fill the box body 3, the lid part 9a is turned in the upper part of the fixing part 9d so as to be situated on the upper opening side of the box body 3, and the fixing part 9d and the contact part 9c integrated to the fixing part 9d are held together, whereby the lid part 9a is pressed into the opening surface of the box body 3 according to the abutting of the abutting part 9c to the inner surface of the side plate 5b.

CONSTITUTION: First side plates 7 and second side plates 9 are formed on the side edges of a rectangular bottom plate 5 disposed on the center of a rectangular paper material 3 having an inner surface coated with a synthetic resin layer. A third folding line is provided in a corner plate 15 disposed at a corner on the end edges of the first side plate 7 and the second side plate 9. Cover plates 17 are provided on the upper ends of the first side plates 7. First sealing plates 25 are formed on the upper ends of the second side plates 9. A second sealing plate is foldably and integrally provided on one edge of the corner plate 15. A fixing piece 21 is folded back inward on the cover plate 17 and the corner plate 15 to be fixed to the cover plate 17. While the corner plate 15 is folded back in a triangle form, the side plates 7, 9 are erected from the bottom plate 5. The corner plates 15 are overlapped on the inner surfaces of the side plates 7, 9. The fixing piece 21 is overlapped on the inner surface of the cover plate 17 and fixed. Thereafter, while a part of the second sealing plate 29 is overlapped on a part of the first sealing plate 25 at the upper end of the second side plate 9, the cover plate 17 is folded back inward to cover an upper opening.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently heat insulate and store a number of paper containers by a simple means by a method wherein a number of the paper containers are stacked on a bottom board, their side surfaces are covered with the heat insulating paper side boards of double wall structure and the upper surfaces are covered with an upper surface heat insulating board. CONSTITUTION:On a bottom board 1 consisting of the styrene foam having a predetermined thickness and heat insulating characteristics, a number of containers 3 containing articles and cold storing agents are stacked into a nearly rectangular shape to form a group 5 of the containers. The two adjoining side surfaces of the container group 5 are covered with a pair of heat insulating paper side boards 7 each of which is almost the same in height as the container group 5 and has an air layer between its board walls in such a manner as to overlap their side edges. At this time, the lower parts of the heat insulating paper side boards 7 are firmly attached to all the side faces of a bottom board 1 with the two side adhesive tape 11 previously attached to such side faces. An upper surface heat insulating board 29 consisting of the styrene having heat insulating characteristics and a predetermined foam thickness is placed on the upper end faces of the heat insulating paper side boards 7 thus fabricated to cover the upper surface of the container group 5.

    • PURPOSE:To build up a paper into a box shape under a condition with gaps by a method wherein hanging plates are hung while being in contact with the outer surfaces of third and fourth side plates of an internal box to keep the box shape of an external box, and at the same time, between first and second side plates of an external box and the third and fourth side plates of the internal box, a gap the width of which is approximately the same as a top surface plate is provided. CONSTITUTION:Hanging plates 19, 21 are brought into contact with the outer surfaces of a third side plate 33 and fourth side plate 37 of an internal box 5, and the hanging plate 19 is restricted from slipping out from the third side plate 33, and the hanging plate 21 is restricted from slipping out from the fourth side plate 37 respectively. At the same time, top surface plates 23, 25 are restricted from positionally slipping, and the built up condition of an external box 3 is held. Then, an air layer of gaps 27, 29, the width of which is approximately the same as the top surface plates 23, 25 is formed between a first side plate 7 and second side plate 9 of the external box 3 and the third side plate 33 and fourth side plate 37 of the internal box 5. As the result, the external and internal boxes can be built up into a box shape under a condition in which a gap with a specified width is put between respective side plates, and a product contained in the internal box 5 can be efficiently heat-insulated and stored.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the assembly work, and to reduce the cost by providing a gap of a specified width at a top plate located between side plates to obtain the cold insulation effect with small user of paper when an inner box having the side plates and a bottom plate and forming the top plate and suspension plates on an upper part of each side plate is inserted in an outer box having the side plates and the bottom plate. SOLUTION: An inner box 5 assembled in a box shape is inserted in an outer box 3 assembled in a box shape while suspension plates 27, 29 brought into slidable contact with an inner surface of a side plate 7 of the outer box 3. A gap is formed between the side plate 7 of the outer box 3 and side plates 15, 17 of the inner box 5 by top plates 23, 25 located therebetween. After a product is stored in the inner box 5, upper openings of the outer box 3 and the inner box 5 are closed by lid bodies. The product stored in the inner box 5 is cold insulated by an air layer in the gap formed between the outer box 3 and the inner box 5. To obtain more excellent insulation effect, a corrugated fiberboard, etc., is provided between the bottom plates of the outer box 3 and the inner box 5, or on the bottom plate of the inner box 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof paper case that is excellent in waterproofness and strength by a method wherein each of corners of a paper material is tucked at creases into a triangular shape and overlapped on the inside of a first side plate, and the first and a second side plates are turned up to become upright and after that, a top plate and a turned-down plate at the upper part of the first side plate are overlapped on corner plates. SOLUTION: A case main body 3, made of a paper material, is laminated with a synthetic resin lamina at least at its inside. While each of corner plates 30 of the paper material, provided with creases beforehand, is tucked at the crease 31 toward the inside to form a triangular shape, a first side plate 27 and a second side plate 29 are turned up at creases 9 and 7 to become upright and the corner plates 30 are overlapped on the inside of the first side plate 27. The upper part of the first side plate 27 is folded at creases 11 and 13 toward the inside and a top plate 15 is placed on a position for covering the corner plate 30 overlapped on the inside of the first side plate 27. After a turned-down plate 17 is overlapped on the inside of the corner plates 30 overlapped with the first side plate 27, the first side plate 27, the cover plates 30 and the turned-down plate 17 are fixed with one another with fixing members, and thereby the case main body 3 is set up.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a paper-made heat insulating case good in forming efficiency and capable of storing an article in a safe and heat insulating manner by a method wherein a gap is formed between side boards by a bent top panel board and a projecting part when an inner case is fitted within an outer case. CONSTITUTION:A paper-made heat insulating case 1 consists of an outer case 3 and an inner case 5 receivable in the outer case and both the outer and inner cases 3 and 5 are made of a paper material such as corrugated cardboard. As for the outer case 3, a first pair of side boards 7 and a second pair of side boards 9 are folded inwardly into the form of a frame and bottom boards 11 and 13 are thereafter folded inwardly, whereby the outer case 3 is made into the shape of a box with the closed bottom. The inner case 5 is made into the shape of a box by inwardly folding a nearly square-shaped paper material and top panel boards 33 and vertical boards 35 are formed on the inner case extending to right and left in a predetermined width from the folded-back pieces 31 provided at the upper and lower ends of the side boards 19. The inner case 5 is fitted within the outer case 3 in such a manner as to bring the vertical boards 35 into contact with the inner surfaces of side boards 7 and projecting pieces 37 into contact with the inner surfaces of side boards 9, thereby forming a heat insulating case. As a result, a gap is formed between the outer case 3 and the inner case 5 by the top panel boards 33 and the projecting pieces 37 and an article stored in the inner case 5 can be heat insulated by the air in the gap.
