    • PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive apparatus with a simple construction which enables separating operation in a short time, by supporting a cylinder having a magnet inside rotatably in a cylindrical container while a magnet is arranged near the container in such a manner as to rotate centered on a shaft parallel with the axis thereof. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 2 having a magnet 6 inside is supported concentrically and rotatably in a cylindrical container 1 and a magnet 7 is arranged near the container 1 to be rotated by a motor 8 centered on a shaft parallel with the axis thereof. Then, when the cylinder 2 rotates, a solid-phase liquid existing in a circular space between the container 1 and the cylinder 2 moves together by a friction force at the part contacting the cylinder 2 while being kept at rest at the part contacting the container 1 which causes a violent agitation, but the axial motion thereof is restricted strictly. At this point, when a small amount of a mobile phase liquid is injected from a sample injector 3, it floats or settles in the solid-phase liquid while spiralling as rotary particle. This achieves a distributive balancing of a solute between the mobile-phase liquid and the solid-phase liquid in a very short space of time.

    • PURPOSE:To separate effectively a large amount of specimen solution by dividing by dividing a box with a migration membrane and dialysis membrane and pouring a buffer solution and a specimen solution and circulating those solutions in the box and applying at the same time DC voltage to electrodes in the solution. CONSTITUTION:A box is divided by a migration membrane 2 and two dialysis membranes 3 and 4 into an electrode chamber 5, separation chambers 6 and 7, and electrode chamber 8. Electrode chambers 5 and 8 are provided on their bottom faces with buffer solution inlet tubes 11 and 12, and on their upper faces with buffer solution discharge tubes 13 and 14. At the intermediate point of the inlet tubes 11 and 12 liquid transfer pumps 15 and 16 are provided, and their lower ends are submerged in the buffer solution 18 in a buffer solution tank 17. The separation chambers 6 and 7 are provided with specimen introduction tubes 19 and 20, and at the intermediate point of the tubes liquid transfer pumps 23 and 24 are installed, and their lower ends are submerged in specimen solutions 25a and 26a in specimen solution tanks 25 and 26 being independently provided. Solution is circulated in the electrode chambers 5 and 8 and separation chambers 6 and 7, and voltage is applied to the solution by electrodes 9 and 10.

    • PURPOSE:Laboratory scale liquid-liquid extractor, making the apparatus small size and increasing extracting stage, by rotating the column divided in plural cell slanting the axis line and injecting the light and heavy liquid by turns and then, contacting both liquids countercurrent. CONSTITUTION:The galss tube 1 is partitioned into the plural cells 3 by providing the plural annular plate 2 and both upper and lower ends of the tube 1 are supported on the support stands 5a, 5b through the rotating seals 4a, 4b slanting the axis line. The light liquid injection tube 4 and the heavy liquid discharge tube 7, are provided at the lower seal 4a and the heavy liquid injection tube 8 and the light liquid discharge tube 9 are provided at the upper seal 4b. Both liquids are alternately moved between the cell 3 successively and are contacted countercurrent, because delivery action of the supply pump 10, 11 of the light and heavy liquid is carried out alternately. Solute in one side liquid is extracted in the other side liquid during the above contact. By the above mechanism, transmitting hole diameter of the plate 2 partitioning the tube 1, is able to make small.
