摘要： A method of manufacturing of the present invention is a method of manufacturing a toothed belt (10) having a belt part (13) and a tooth part (14) sticking out of the belt part (13). This method of manufacturing includes a first step of forming a reinforcing-sheet (12) including a fiber sheet and a coating film formed on the fiber sheet by drying the fiber sheet on which an aqueous treatment agent containing a first rubber latex and a first vulcanizing agent is applied, and a second step of reinforcing a surface of the tooth part (14) with the reinforcing-sheet (12) by vulcanizing the first rubber and a second rubber at the same time while adhering a rubber composition, which is a material for the tooth part (14), including the second rubber and a second vulcanizing agent to the reinforcing-sheet (12). The aqueous treatment agent contains the vulcanizing agent in the range of 10 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight for 100 parts by weight of the first rubber.

The direction of final twist of the plurality of strands (B) is the same as the direction of primary twist in at least one strand (B) selected from the plurality of strands (B). The number of primary twists in the strand (B) is greater than the number of primary twists in the strand (A), and/or the number of final twists of the strands (B) is greater than the number of final twists of the strands (A).

摘要： A method of manufacturing of the present invention is a method of manufacturing a toothed belt (10) having a belt part (13) and a tooth part (14) sticking out of the belt part (13). The aqueous treatment agent contains the vulcanizing agent in the range of 10 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight for 100 parts by weight of the first rubber.

摘要： A hybrid cord 1 for rubber reinforcement comprises a strand 2 having higher elastic modulus, made of PBO fiber or the like, which is disposed at the center of the cord, and strands 3 having lower elastic modulus, made of glass fiber or the like, which are disposed therearound. The hybrid cord has enough strength and is excellent in flexural fatigue resistance, adhesion property relative to rubber, and dimensional stability. A rubber product employs this hybrid cord 1 for rubber reinforcement.

摘要： A method for producing a metal forged product having a plurality of branches includes a preliminary forging step of forming a preform by closed forging from a cylindrical material (301) having a surface layer (302) on a circumferential surface thereof such that the surface layer is contained in a surface region of the preform; an intermediate forging step of subjecting the preform to forging to thereby extrude the surface layer in the form of flash outside a periphery of a forged product corresponding to a target product; a final forging step of forging the forged product into a product assuming a target product shape; and a flash removal step of removing the flash containing the surface layer from the product assuming a target product shape to thereby produce a target forged product. The forged product is enhanced in mechanical characteristics and has no flash removal mark. Since the cylindrical material having a surface layer on a circumferential surface thereof is used, the power required for the steps can be reduced to enhance the yield of the products on the basis of the forging material.
