    • A signal processing apparatus includes: analog-to-digital conversion means that receives an analog detection signal acquired by detecting a movement of a diaphragm of a speaker, converts it into a digital signal by performing a first delta sigma modulation process, and outputs the digital signal; signal processing means that receives the digital detection signal output, generates a digital feedback signal, and outputs the digital feedback signal; synthesis means that converts an input digital audio signal to have a same sampling frequency as the feedback signal and then combines the input digital audio signal with the feedback signal as negative feedback; and digital-to-analog conversion means having a portion for a second delta sigma modulation process in which the digital audio signal after combination with the feedback signal is input, and the digital audio signal is converted into a digital signal and performing conversion of the digital audio signal into an analog signal.

    • A content receiving apparatus has: a communicating unit connecting to a server; a reception buffer receiving and storing transmitted content data; a content reproducing unit reproducing the read-out content data; a controller controlling the communicating unit and the reception buffer; and an operating unit supplying an operation signal to the control unit. The data reception and the data output to the reproducing unit from the buffer are stopped by a reproduction temporary stop instruction. The data reception is restarted by a reproduction temporary stop cancellation instruction. The received content data is written into the buffer. The reception of a disconnection signal from the server is discriminated after the restart of the data reception. If the signal is not received, a predetermined amount of received data is written into the buffer, the reading is started, the data is outputted to the reproducing unit, and the reproduction is restarted.

    • Disclosed is a content reproducing device and a content reproducing method capable of quickly starting reproduction by making a pause state before starting the reproduction. The present invention provides a content reproducing device which requests content data of a desired content from a server storing content data and reproduces the content while receiving the content data requested, which includes a communication section which requests desired content data from the server and receives the content data, a receive buffer which buffers the content data received by the communication section, a reproducing section which reads the content data buffered in the receive buffer and reproduces the content, and a control section which controls reproduction of the content, wherein when a stop state in which reproduction of a content is stopped is switched to a pause state in which the reproduction of the content is paused, the control section lets the communication section request the content data from the server to receive the content data, lets the receive buffer a constant volume of the content data, and also lets the reproducing section stop reading the content data from the receive buffer.
