SOLUTION: A system for implementing leak testing of the blocked vessel is provided with the apparatus for placing at least one vessel under testing environment, and observing a signal in response to the leak conditions of the vessel; and a means for simulating leaks, and calibrating the apparatus. The apparatus is provided with at least one test cavity, a vacuum pump, and a connection line for connecting the vacuum pump to the test cavity. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a blocked/containing vessel, the vessel is filled with a material having at least one liquid component; the vessel is blocked hermetically; and leak testing is applied to the vessel. When leak testing is applied, pressure difference is applied partially to the interior and the exterior of a vessel wall, by evacuating the surrounding space of the vessel and reducing the pressure of the surrounding space to the vapor pressure of the liquid component or lower; the pressure of the surrounding space is observed as a leakage determining signal; leakage state of the vessel is recognized, by comparing a dynamic threshold with a signal based on the pressure observed; and the dynamic threshold is updated by averaging, when there is no leak in the vessel.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for leak testing which can be applied to a vessel having many sizes and with respect to various accommodation materials, when accommodation component is a fluid. SOLUTION: This is a method for manufacturing a hermetically sealed vessel. The vessel is filled with a material having a fluid component. In the method, the fluid is introduced in the vessel forming a fluid occupied space, the vessel is hermetically sealed, the existence of leak is determined by performing the leakage test of the vessel. At leak testing, the surrounding space of the vessel is evacuated by a vacuum pump, establishing a pressure difference between outside and inside of the vessel wall and observing the pressure of the surrounding space. Then, the pressure of the surrounding of the vessel is evacuated down to the vapor pressure of the fluid component. When the pressure value of the surrounding space is observed as a leakage determination signal, if the pressure value of the surrounding space reaches the vapor pressure value of the fluid, it is determined that the vessel has a leak.
