    • A plurality of mode switches are electrically connected in parallel to a motor. A conductor plate has a plurality of electric current passages each connected electrically to one of the switches. Each of the passages has a length corresponding to a rotating angle for which the motor is set. A slider is connected to a power source and contacts the passages so that, when one of the switches is closed, the slider may cause an electric current to be supplied to the motor through the passage connected to the closed switch. The slider is slidable along the passages with the rotation of the motor. Each of the passages has a portion at which the contact of the slider therewith is broken so that the supply of the electric current to the motor may be interrupted.

    • An on-car motor driving apparatus is equipped with a motor for moving a moving unit such as a window of a motor car, a motor driving controller which controls the revolution, stop, and rotational direction of the motor, and a current measuring and comparing device which measures the variation in current per unit time of the motor and compares the measured variation in current with a preset value. The on-car motor driving apparatus stops the revolution of the motor and/or reverses the rotational direction of the motor through the motor driving controller. The apparatus is further equipped with a voltage measuring device for measuring motor driving voltage and a voltage-based time setting device which changes the length of the unit time in accordance with the driving voltage value measured by the voltage measuring device. Line voltage is supplied to a differential amplifier only when the line voltage is supplied to the motor.

    • An automatic window regulator for automobiles includes a drive motor for lifting and lowering the window glass, and a detector for detecting when there is a foreign object jammed between the window glass as it is lifted or lowered and a window frame. The detector includes sensor means for measuring motor characteristic values of the drive motor and comparator means for comparing a first motor characteristic value measured by the sensor means with a second motor characteristic value measured by the sensor means a prescribed period of time prior to the first motor characteristic value and for generating a detected signal indicative of the jammed foreign object when any difference between the compared first and second motor characteristic values is greater than a predetermined range.

    • A thin type push-button switch of momentary operation, comprising a movable contact piece which includes an inversion portion and arms formed in a manner to hold the inversion portion therebetween. The inversion portion is formed with a movable contact portion having tongues, and is integrally formed of a resilient metal sheet. A case includes a groove held in engagement with one of the arms and stationary contacts are fixed within the case. A slider includes a push-button portion and a groove held in engagement with the other arm and is slidable with respect to the case. When the push-button portion is depressed, the inversion portion of the movable contact piece is inverted to electrically connect the movable contact portion and the stationary contacts. When the depressing force is released, the inversion portion is restored by the resiliency of the movable contact piece, to disconnect the movable contact portion and the stationary contacts.
