    • A haptoglobin alpha1 or alpha2 chain-specific antibody and a haptoglobin phenotyping method by using the same antibody are provided to improve accuracy of the haptoglobin phenotyping, and reduce the amount of a serum sample used for haptoglobin phenotyping, so that the haptoglobin phenotype is useful for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis prediction of diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, chronic renal failure, epilepsy and ovarian cancer. The haptoglobin alpha1 or alpha2 chain-specific antibody recognizes a synthetic peptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 or SEQ ID NO:2 as an antigen, wherein the synthetic peptide is prepared by conjugating it with a carrier protein, injecting the conjugate to an animal, and collecting the serum. The haptoglobin phenotyping method comprises the steps of: performing SDS-PAGE(sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) separation of the serum proteins; transferring the separated serum proteins to a nylon or nitrocellulose membrane; binding haptoglobin alpha1 or alpha2 chain-specific antibody to the transferred serum proteins; and identifying presence of a haptoglobin alpha1 or alpha2 band.

    • A hinge assembly is provided to improve strength and appearance by being extended in the length direction of a door without exposing screws and hinges to the outside. A hinge assembly connecting doors includes a first body(100), and a second body(200). The first body includes a flat plate(110) extended in the length direction thereof and a guider(120) formed integrally at the outer side end of the plate. The guider includes an annular guide groove(121) inside thereof, an opening which is opened at an angle of 90 degree and hooks(123) formed at both ends of the opening. The second body includes a flat plate(210) extended in the same direction as the first body and a rotary shaft(220) formed integrally at the outer side end of the plate.     • Disclosed is a method and a device for automatically generating an output pattern that responds to the type of audio data. The device for automatically generating the output pattern, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an audio frame dividing unit, which divides the audio data into one or more audio frames; a frame level computing unit, which computes the frame level for each of the audio frames; and an output pattern control unit, which generates output pattern information that sets the output pattern according to a parameter, the parameter corresponding to the frame level. The present invention allows setting the output pattern, such as vibration or a display screen, which is output through a pattern output unit, by using the frame level obtained by analyzing, in units of audio frames, audio data that is playing a sound, thereby effectively enabling a visualized expression of the audio data that is being played regardless of the type of the audio data.
