摘要： An infusion set (1) includes: a first flow path (10a) having a first connector (11a) and a downstream connector (19); a first open/close valve (12a), a first liquid surface sensor (13a), a second liquid surface sensor (13b), a drip chamber (14), and a variable valve (17) that are provided in this order on the first flow path from the first connector side toward the downstream connector side; a droplet sensor (15) with which the drip chamber is provided; a second flow path (10b) having a second connector (11b); and a second open/close valve (12b) provided on the second flow path. The second flow path is in communication with a portion of the first flow path between the first liquid surface sensor and the second liquid surface sensor. The controller is configured to control the first and second open/close valves and the variable valves based on signals from the first and second liquid surface sensors and the droplet sensor.

摘要： An arm (20) that faces a male member (10) is provided with a claw (30) that protrudes toward the male member (10). An adapter (1) can be connected to a female connector with the male member being inserted into the female connector and the claw engaging with the female connector. The arm is elastically deformable so that the claw can move away from the male member. The claw includes a slidable portion (33a) that slides on the female connector during a process in which the adapter is connected to the female connector. The slidable portion moves the claw in a direction away from the male connector while the slidable portion slides on the female connector. A contour shape of the slidable portion seen in a direction that is orthogonal to a central axis (1a) that passes through the male member includes a smooth convex curve.

摘要： The male connector (1) includes a connector body (10) and a lock nut (50). The connector body (10) includes a male luer (11), first female threading (41) that surrounds the male luer (11), a base end portion (20) that is inserted into a tube (8), a fixed protrusion (21) formed on the base end portion (20), and a spiral protrusion (32) between the male luer (11) and the base end portion (20). The lock nut (50) includes second female threading (52) that is screwed together with the spiral protrusion (32). When the spiral protrusion (32) and the second female threading (52) are screwed together, the base end portion (20) and the lock nut (50) clamp the tube (8). First rotation prevention mechanisms (14, 54) that engage with one another are provided on the connector body (10) and the lock nut (50) such that the lock nut (50) does not rotate relative to the connector body (10) when the tube (8) is clamped.

摘要： An adapter (100) has a through hole (103). A first end portion (101) of the adapter includes a tubular portion (110) on which a first projection (111) and a second projection (112) are provided. The adapter can be connected to a male connector at a first position where a claw (32) of the male connector is engaged with the first projection (111) and at a second position where the claw (32) is engaged with the second projection (112). When the adapter is connected at the first position, a flow channel (11) of a male member (10) is sealed with a cover (4). When the adapter is connected at the second position, the adapter compressively deforms an outer circumferential wall (45) of the cover so that the flow channel of the male member is in communication with the through hole (103) of the adapter.

The synthetic resin stent comprises: a stent main section that is formed by synthetic resin fibers into a cylinder and that can deform from a reduced diameter state to an enlarged diameter state; and a restricting mechanism that keeps the stent main section in the enlarged diameter state by restricting the stent main section from reducing in diameter when in the enlarged diameter state. The synthetic resin stent preferably further comprises a diameter enlarging mechanism that is connected to the stent main section and that deforms the stent main section from a reduced diameter state to an enlarged diameter state.
