    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to display high strength of a concrete paving slab even if it is thin in thickness by burying continuous PC steel materials, etc., arranged in two stages up and down from the central part of the thickness of the slab lengthwise of the concrete paving slab. CONSTITUTION:Continuous PC steel materials 3a and 3b of a high tensile reinforcing material are respectively buried in up and down sides from the central part of the thickness of a slab in two stages lengthwise to the inside of the concrete paving slab 2. Prefabricated bars 4a and 4b in the direction of the road width are in contact with both up and down PC steel materials to be arranged. Shrinkage due to dry shrinkage or temperature drop is constrained with the high tensile reinforcing materials, and the occurrence of cracks exceeding the allowable level is controlled. Economical concrete pavement without excessive increase in the thickness of the slab can be carried out by making lower side tensile force caused by traffic load and upper side tensile force caused by swelling of the paving slab occurring in the front and rear parts thereof resist against high tensile force materials.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the sudden deformation of a concrete member in continuous lengths from being caused in a perpendicular directing by applying the component of vertical force, which is caused to the concrete member in continuous lengths by introducing prestress, to shock absorbing materials retained at fixed positions by fixing rods fixed on a floor surface and allowing the component of vertical force to be absorbed by the shock absorbing materials. CONSTITUTION:A beam press fitting 13 is inserted into a lateral clamp hole 12 corresponding to the bent portions of PC steel materials 11 in a concrete member 10 in continuous lengths and is allowed to protrude on both sides of the concrete member 10 in continuous lengths. Supporting frames 15 are fixed to the beam press fitting 13 with locking tools 14 and are positioned on both sides of the concrete member 10 in continuous lengths via packings 22. Shock absorbing members 24, each comprising a spring, rubber and a cylinder, are positioned on the upper surfaces of the top plates 18 of the supporting frames via sliding members 23 and are fixed to the to ends of fixing rods 25 fixed to a floor surface 27. Under such a condition,fixing anchors are removed to release the connection and fixing of the PC steel materials 11 to the floor surface 27 and the tractive tension of the PC steel materials 11 so as to allow prestress to be introduced.
