摘要： The present invention provides a method of producing a planar lipid bilayer on a solid support. With this method, a solution of lipid vesicles is first deposited on the solid support. Next, the lipid vesicles are destabilized by adding an amphipathic peptide solution to the lipid vesicle solution. This destabilization leads to production of a planar lipid bilayer on the solid support. The present invention also provides a supported planar lipid bilayer, where the planar lipid bilayer is made of naturally occurring lipids and the solid support is made of unmodified gold or titanium oxide. Preferably, the supported planar lipid bilayer is continuous. The planar lipid bilayer may be made of any naturally occurring lipid or mixture of lipids, including but not limited to phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylinositol, cardiolipin, cholesterol, and sphingomyelin.

A sound-proof wall for a road comprises a base(10), a corrugated steel plate(30), a supporting plate(20), and a fixing frame(40). The base is positioned at the edge portion of the road. The corrugated steel plates are installed at left and right sides continuously on the base. The supporting plate is installed and fixed to the base to support the lower part of the corrugated steel plates. The fixing frame is installed to fix the upper part of the corrugated steel plate and to damp the noise delivered along the corrugated steel plate.
