The flat panel display couples to the vertical sliding rail and the keyboard couples to the horizontal sliding rail, so that the flat panel display and the keyboard are able to slide on the L-shaped supporting frame horizontally.

    • A fixing device for fixing a fan to a bracket of a computer case includes a front frame, a latching member, and two lateral frames. The front frame is disposed against the bracket with an outer side, and at least one inserting column is protruded from an inner side of the front frame for being inserted into a screw hole of the fan. The latching member is an arched plate formed on an upper edge of the front frame with a bending portion extended downward, for being inserted into a latching hole of the bracket. The two lateral frames are perpendicularly extended from two opposite side edges of the inner side of the front frame, and each of the lateral frames has a positioning member for preventing the fan from moving away from the front frame, so as to hold and fix the fan between the two lateral frames.

    • Methods for programming and reading a multi-level-cell NAND flash memory device having plural memory cells are disclosed to reduce the programming time and the reading time. The program method comprises the steps of: (a) programming the zero state memory cells, the first state memory cells, the second state memory cells and the third state memory cells to a zero state, (b) programming the second state memory cells from the zero state to a second state by switching the MSBs of the second state memory cells, and (c) programming the first state memory cells from the zero state to a first state by switching the LSBs of the first state memory cells and simultaneously programming the third state memory cells from the second state to a third state by switching the LSBs of the third state memory cells. The read method comprises the steps of: (d) reading the MSBs of the zero state memory cells, the first state memory cells, the second state memory cells, and the third state memory cells by a first verify signal and a second verify signal, and (e) reading the LSBs of the zero state memory cells, the first state memory cells, the second state memory cells, and the third state memory cells by the first verify signal and a third verify signal. A page buffer is also disclosed to perform the methods for programming and reading a multi-level-cell NAND flash memory device.

    • An analog signal measuring device for measuring an analog signal includes a digital controller, a waveform converter and a comparator. The digital controller includes a PWM controller for outputting a pulse signal having an adjustable pulse width to the waveform converter, which converts the pulse signal into a sawtooth wave or a triangle wave for output as a carrier signal. Next, the comparator feeds a comparison pulse signal, which is obtained by comparing the carrier signal to the analog signal, to the digital controller, which enables or disables the counter to generate a count value corresponding to the comparison pulse signal. Since the count value depends on the comparison pulse signal and the type of the comparison pulse signal is directly related to the analog signal, the digital controller may get the analog signal according to the count value.
