摘要： Methods, systems, and computer readable media for providing local application routing at a Diameter node are disclosed. One method includes receiving, at an ingress Diameter message processor associated with a Diameter signaling router (DSR), a Diameter message from a peer Diameter element. At the ingress Diameter message processor, application routing data is accessed to determine whether processing of the Diameter message by a Diameter application is required. In response to determining that Diameter application processing is required, the Diameter message is forwarded to a Diameter message processor hosting a Diameter application identified by the application routing data for processing. In response to determining that Diameter application processing is not required, the Diameter message is forwarded to an egress Diameter message processor associated with the DSR.

摘要： Methods and reagents are disclosed for pretreating a sample suspected of containing a hydrophobic drug for conducting an assay method for detecting the hydrophobic drug. A combination is provided in a medium that includes the sample, a releasing agent for releasing the hydrophobic drug and the metabolites from endogenous binding moieties, and a selective solubility agent that provides for substantially equal solubility of the hydrophobic drug and the metabolites in the medium. The selective solubility agent includes a water miscible, non-volatile organic solvent and is present in the medium in a concentration sufficient to provide for substantially equal solubility of the hydrophobic drug and the metabolites in the medium. The medium, which may further include a hemolytic agent, is incubated under conditions for releasing the hydrophobic drug and the metabolites from endogenous binding moieties. The pretreated sample may be subjected to an assay for determining the hydrophobic drug.

The augmentation system generates a corpus concept graph from the documents of a corpus. A corpus concept graph represents concepts of the documents as nodes and related concepts as links between nodes. To generate a corpus concept graph, the augmentation system identifies the concepts that are related within each document of the corpus and adds nodes and links to the corpus concept graph for related concepts. The augmentation system analyzes the corpus concept graph to determine whether the relatedness of concepts of the documents of the corpus is sufficient. If the relatedness of a pair of concepts is not sufficient, then the augmentation system attempts to identify documents not already in the corpus that are related to the concepts that are not sufficiently related.
