    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film deposition method and a film deposition system by which a deposition film having a higher polymerization degree and higher purity can easily be obtained.
      SOLUTION: An organic gas or an organometallic gas is introduced into the space between the anode and the cathode. Glow discharge is generated by direct current voltage applid to the space between the anode and the cathode, and a film is deposited on the surface of a test sample by organic molecular ions or metallic atom ions converted into cations in a negative glow phase region. In this system, the cathode is provided with an opening, and the film is deposited on the surface of the test sample by the organic molecular ions or metallic atom ions accelerated in the negative glow region to pass through the opening.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan which has simple structure, can be easily manufactured at a low cost, is convenient for carrying, and is easily usable.
      SOLUTION: The main body 1 of this fan is constituted by connecting a plurality of band shape parts 2 via bent parts 3 on side edges in the width direction to form ridges and valleys. On one end side in the longitudinal direction of the main body 1, a holding part 5 to hold a plurality of the band shape parts 2 in an approaching or touching condition is equipped. The other end part of the main body 1 can be opened and closed on the holding part 5 as the pivot between a using condition and a folded condition in the thickness direction of the band shape parts 2 in a folded condition.

    • In one embodiment, a semiconductor light emitting device includes a stacked structure, a first electrode, a second electrode and a transparent conductive film. The stacked structure includes a first semiconductor layer with a first conductivity type, a light emitting layer and a second semiconductor layer with a second conductivity type which are formed and stacked directly or indirectly. The stacked structure is taken out light from the light emitting layer side to the second semiconductor layer side. The first electrode is connected to the first semiconductor layer. The second electrode is connected to a first principal surface of the second semiconductor layer which is exposed at the light emitting layer side. The second electrode is arranged in parallel with the first electrode. The transparent conductive film is provided so as to cover a second principal surface of the second semiconductor layer.
