摘要： The present invention relates to a container cap and, more specifically, to: a container cap which is coupled to the mouth of a container in which contents are contained; and a container having same coupled thereto. The container cap of the present invention comprises: a main body part (100) which is coupled to a container inlet (20) of a container (30) containing contents and has an opening formed on an upper side thereof; a cover part (200) which is integrally connected to the main body part (100) by means of a hinge part (530) and opens and closes an upper opening of the main body part (100) by means of hinge rotation; a separation part (300) which is integrally connected to the cover part (200) by means of a first connection part (510) and is integrally connected to the main body part (100) by means of a second connection part (520) detachably; and a fixing part (400) which is formed on the cover part (200) so that the separation part (300) is fixedly coupled thereto after the second connection part (520) is separated by a user's manipulation so that the cover part (200) can be separated from the main body part (100).

摘要： Disclosed is a closure of a vessel that is prevented from being arbitrarily opened. The closure of a vessel comprises: an inner closure mounted to a vessel inlet of a vessel; an outer closure disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the inner closure so as to perform an idle rotation with respect to the inner closure; a rotation force transmitting portion formed between the inner closure and the outer closure for transmitting a rotation force of the outer closure in an opening direction to the inner closure only when the outer closure is downwardly pressed by force more than a predetermined force; and a protection plate supported by a spacer that maintains a gap between the inner closure and the outer closure by being disposed therebetween, and detachably installed to the outer closure with constituting a part of an upper surface of the outer closure, for allowing the outer closure to perform only an idle rotation with respect to the inner closure in an opening direction, and for transmitting a rotation force of the outer closure to the inner closure when the protection plate is detached from the outer closure and the outer closure is downwardly moved by a force more than a predetermined force from the rotation force transmitting portion.
