    • PURPOSE: System, device and method of controlling casting processes are provided to enhance reliability to determine a spheroidized level since the spheroidized level of graphite is automatically recognized through images. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling casting processes comprises a scale(300), a controller, a camera(400), and an analyzing unit. The scale sequentially measures the mass of a ladle, spheroidizing agent added to the ladle, molten cast-iron poured into the ladle, or spheroidized graphite cast-iron, in a spheroidizing process. The controller controls the movement of the ladle according to predetermined algorithm in the spheroidizing process. The camera takes images of the inside of the ladle in the spheroidizing process.
