      이를 위한 본 고안은 비닐백 제작장치의 절단 및 적층 장치에 있어서, 절단부를 구성하는 절단칼1의 칼날 부위를 180도에 가까운 둔각으로 형성하여 절단칼2와 교차시 양측단부터 교차하면서 절단되도록 구성하되, 절단칼1이 회전 가능하도록 하여 절단칼1과 절단칼2가 교차 시, 절단칼1이 스프링의 탄발에 의해 절단칼2와 어긋남 없이 정확히 면접하면서 교차할 수 있도록 구성하고, 절단부의 하강과 동시에 적층부가 하강하여 공급된 비닐을 누르면서 하부로부터 돌출된 핀에 꽂혀 고정되도록 구성함을 특징으로 한다.

The insulation unit forms an insulation layer in a base unit direction.

Furthermore, workability and productivity are improved and it is easily transferred and stored.
